Ed Wallace, DFW Car critic for KDFW Fox 4, Fort Worth Star Telegram and KLIF AM has died at 72 years old.

Ed Wallace, who was well known to North Texas TV viewers, Radio listeners and newspaper reader as a well known car critic who reviewed cars on KDFW Fox 4, and cover the auto industry on 570 KLIF with a radio show called "Wheels with Ed Wallace" and had a column in the Fort Worth Star Telegram, he passed away on Sunday at the age of 72 from unknown causes at this time, he was a well known fixture in Dallas media until he retired in 2022.

I ran his board at KLIF sometimes. He was a little preachy, but had a wealth of knowledge about everything. One of the few shows I actually listened to when I was not working at the radio station.
