I believe they are buddies with Mike North, so that could of helped.
So what will they do differently with this "tryout"?
Why do they have to go on another station to do this?

That is a good point, can't they just listen to their show in B96? Then again, if they would make a movie to more of an "adult" station, their show would have to change a bit. I tried listening to them this morning, they play the pop scene really well. Almost too fake. I think if they would move to CKG, they could stretch their legs a little bit. That's a huge blow to B96 though. They have been on and off that station for a very long time. Which could be good for them, all their old listeners, who are now in their 30s will be able to start listening again.

They're under contract to Infinity. It would be either the Score or 'CKG itself.

Not play music and not cater to 18-24's is my guess.

> Why do they have to go on another station to do this?

'Cause the average B-96 listener tuning in on a Saturday morning wouldn't want to hear them doing a different show. What's on the Score Saturday mornings? Nothing that can't be pre-empted.

Agreed, I think Eddie is a little old to still be doin Marge McDooshe. That was funny 15 years ago when I was 13.I think there gettin a little old for their audience.A change would be good.

from what i gathered at the anti-score website - www.score670.com - the seasonal golf show just did the last saturday morning show in that 6-8 time slot. both stations are owned by cbs. both stations are having ratings problems! the boss who was recently fired by the scr - drew hays - is now running ckg in place of jeff shwartz who recently quit. don't know if this will be live or on tape or at b96 or at scr or at ckg. they could also just route the signal to any station in the back room.
