EDM Radio syndicated programming inquiry

How come there aren't many radio station groups stateside that are willing to carry many popular syndicated EDM shows like European broadcasters do? Some examples would include Martin Garrix, Above & Beyond's Group Therapy, Vonyc Sessions from Paul Van Dyk, Nicky Romero's Protocol, Hot Robot from Jamie Jones, etc. Other than online services or satellite radio, I don't hear of them being offered like in the 'traditional' way. Is it because the radio syndication process is different here or perhaps from a cost perspective not financially lucrative here than in other regions of the world? I wasn't sure to place this here or the Syndication forum, but my rational for choosing here is the dance music perspective. Thoughts?

There is very close to zero dance programming on US radio, so how would a syndicated dance program even get started here?

In reality, a syndicated program needs some of the major chains to support it. If there are zero iHeart or Cumulus or Townsquare stations carrying your program, it can't succeed in the national ad sales market.

A lot of these syndicated dance mix shows come from Distorted in the UK:

They get used commonly in the UK and Europe as filler on dance formatted stations, and are generally supplied on a free of charge basis as they act as promotion for the DJ concerned.
