This is kinda funny. About a year ago you may remember a tavern/pub called Effin's was going to open in Smithfield. There was a real brouhaha in the town because of the name & how the place might run ads that kids might see in local newspapers. The owner used to own a place with the same name in San Diego that advertised "the best effin food in town". Well, they did open & the ads I've seen don't seem to play on the name but I saw one this weekend in the North Providence Breeze advertising that the Radio Disney road crew will be there 9/1 from noon to 2 for a poolside back to school event: High School Musical 2: It's Time For Talent. Now bear in mind the pub's website is also advertising their "first effin anniversary" on the same day...I assume much later in the day.
So gather the kids & join the Disney road crew for an effin good time. I can just see their "What I Did On My Summer Vacation" essays when they get back to school.
