THe GM was ALWAYS Type A and concerned about micromanaging along with the PD and one jock or the other. The one guy on staff who always noticed and thought it was quite stupid to waste so much effort on details.
Remember when listeners were excited about what your radio station was doing and always called to talk and let you know they were there? The same jock blew them off when they called and treated them like crap.
The Gm and one bit owners always had an award here or there (that came with no money) but recognized the staff regularly. Mister sunshine always told the winners what dweebs they were for accepting the award and ran them down for their accomplishments.
Do you remember this guy? Stole candy from children, knocked down old ladies crossing the sreet. I truly believed that his attitude would ruin radio.
