Gee, it didn't take TRP long to shake off that pesky "family" image that Jerry Broadway worked on for all those years, did it? Does this mean that Gary really isn't close, personal friends with Montgomery-Gentry. How drunk and obnoxious do you have to be to get arrested off THAT tour bus?

Just keep him from behind the wheel of station vehicles, or for that matter, any vehicle.
Not to be un-religious, but " g-d bless you for listenin' " is tiring. Especially when
the authenticity of the "religious right" on-air statements are dubious & patronizing.

So if he was "inebriated", as the story says, why wasn't he charged with Public Drunk as well as tresspassing? Maybe he called his dear friend Garth Brooks to put in a word for him!!

Does it really matter who benefits from the arrest? Why would anyone put themselves and their station in that light? A little sel-control would have prevented the whole thing. Besides, from what the grapevine is saying, there are people within Gary's own building who probably crowed as loud as the Magicians when the cuffs got clamped on. So if it was prompted by something other than Gary's own inability to control himself or his ego, it may not have come from downtown after all. Don't you just love this business?
