"El Cucuy" (KLAX) and the immigration marches

The article is full of errors. The LA march, as well as ones in Phoenix, Las Vegas, etc., came out of the initiative of Piol{in (Eddie Sotelo) on KSCA, who invited the morning show hosts on the other LA Spanish language stations to join him to promote the event of 3 weeks ago in LA.

In fact, Cucuy claims responsibility for marches in markets where his show is not even broadcast (He lost most, due to horrible ratings, of his network in early 2005, and is now only in San Francisco, Fresno, and Bakersfield).

His statement about Prop 187 is an outright lie... he only read a few things his PD gave him, and did nothing actively of his own accord.
