El Dorado Broadcasters, owners of market-leading radio stations in Victor Valley, California (DMA #114) and Yuma, Arizona (unrated), has appointed Chris Fleming as the Executive Vice President for the company and general manager for the Victor Valley stations.
Mr. Fleming spent the past three years as Executive Vice President of Neuhoff Media, based in Lafayette, Indiana. Previously, Mr. Fleming spent ten years as Chief Revenue Officer/General Manager at Ramar Communications radio stations in Lubbock, Texas and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
