That may be what they DO (rile up the core) but that doesn't mean that's what they set out to do. The thing about Rush is, he TELLS you his purpose is entertainment yet every now and then, people seem to "discover" and report it. He
does claim to convert people and talk show hosts probably do to a very small extent. Sort of. I think people who are actually apolitical and think of themselves as liberal or conservative because of family can be pulled in one direction or another by a talk show host they like. But that's about it.
You gotta give Boortz credit. Not only does he say this, it's on the front page of boortz.com: <blockquote>
