He got a lot of mileage out of that comment....Letterman....perhaps he is following the say something outrageous...so many examples from Coulter, Hannity and others....those comments did draw attention....well Al seems to have copied some of their methods....they worked...hes all over the media....good for him and his book launch...

I thought you would have been more upset...about the "violent" film....LOL

I think the venues are a bit different...franken's little film is on amazon and by no way is true...i mean if you knew the show...his producer is one of the "critics".....

Mr. Boortz is on his actual radio show...commenting on a current event from a current newspaper about real existing people.....which i do think is very different.

Franken is doing a publicity skit to shill his book..effectively as it drew hundreds of thousands of "offended" right wingers stirred up by Michelle Malkin, Newsbusters, and other media...to Amazon...so his "marketing" is effective at minimum...agree with the content or not...and you don't have to agree with my take on it.

Well, you kids can doubt it all you want. But,it's an Arbitron national report over a one-year period...came out over the summer. I saw it at work. And, no...I can't show you a copy...it came from our national PD.

Since we don't own any talk stations...it was just one of those..."..hey, look at this...interesting, huh?..." things.

Hannity will be the next Dr. Laura. He doesn't have the sincerity, talent, or insight that Limbaugh has.

Speaking of which, with all the frenzy surrounding Infinity and Howard's departure, imagine the woes of CC of local operators when Rush retires/goes sat. Can't wait!

That's impossible. There is no national report that came out over the Summer that includes the Summer book. The Summer survey just released mid-October.

But he is down significantly.

No argument here. I didn't listen to it but read about it. I thought it was funny.

No need for anyone to get upset about Boortz either. They are talking for a living. Talk long enough, and you will upset someone.

I wonder how many people think about what it would like to be in the public eye. I probably say things all the time without a thought that, if it ended up on some bloggers webpage or the New York Times wouldn't look real good. I think we all do.<P ID="signature">______________
