I'm not sure where topics like this go, but this is sort of like a low-power radio station. People attending events can listen to the mixing board.

Not sure where he gets the idea that the "mixing board" broadcasts on the bottom of the FM band. Any wireless being sent out, is most likely to be ear monitor audio, from the monitor mix at the side of the stage. Each performer has his own channel, and gets his own personalized mix to stay in sync with everyone else.
It's not a finished mix like the album.
The harmonic dryer sounds like it might sell.
