Elle Duncan moving to mornings with Frank and Wanda

I knew Elle wasn't going to be from 10am-2pm for long. Just a couple a weeks ago, I was thinking that she has great musical programming for her daypart, but she just can't hold it down on her own. She is clearly still a sidekick at this point of the game, but with time she might grow into her own.

However, the money is on who will get the spot, Ramona DeBreaux, Shay Moore, or Sytonnia? I HIGHLY DOUBT Bubby Love would do it since he seems to enjoy the 3rd shift listeners and the freedom of playing that that old school and occasionally hitting the 1 & 2s on Sundays. My guess is Ramona, but Shay Moore held down middays on KRNB for years in Dallas, which is a bigger market than Atlanta. Syntonnia Moore did middays on sister station WJHM for 2 years, but Orlando is mid-sized market that is on the verge of being dumped by CBS soon. Ramona should have gotten it back last year, but this would be a well-deserved for her.
 
Who is she sleeping with? She is awful. Porche Foxx screwed up at the right time for V to cut her huge salary and Elle slid in as the cheap option.

Looks like CBS has had a nice quarter and are trying to gamble and make moves, but how many times can you move talent around before you decide to just pay good talent good money to help your sales staff instead of going cheap. She is irritating.

More changes to come at V-103...stay tunned.
 
I hope they give Ramona middays. She held it down at HOT 107.9 for a long time, besides Elle can do traffic as well.
 
Man, y'all beat me to it, I was just about to post this. I don't really listen to V103 like that, Shay Moore is the only one I know. But, Elle sucks, they just need to dump her.
 
I have to say that Shay Moore has won me over with her time sitting in 10AM-2PM. She actually sounds like a pro and well adjusted in the shift. I knew about her long tenure at 105.7 KRNB in Dallas/Fort Worth, an Urban AC, but she has engaged me (as a listener) to the point I actually look forward to her cracking the mic.
