Wow, that's such a shame. When someone already battles depression then a big part of who they are, like a job is lost, they literally think their life isn't worth living. For actors or media personalities in particular, if offers don't start rolling into their agent when one gig ends, they lose complete control of who they are and their purpose.
The really sad part; is what they do to their families, especially to young kids.
