Elmira-Corning Format swaps

I was out in HHeads over the weekend. Sometime prior to 7/1 the WGMM oldies format was switched to 98.7. Adult Standards is gone on FM and AM replaced with a simulcast of AC WENY-FM now called Magic-FM, this is on 97.7 and 92.7. Now WCBA-AM is simulcasting 98.7 WGMM; this is the same station simulcast (98.7 and 1350) but it represents a format change (oldies now on 1350 too). Whew! The rundown:

98.7 and 1350 - oldies, Gem, (sat from ABC)
92.7 and 97.7 - AC - Magic-FM (AC, kinda light)
1230 and 1450 - talk, WENY, no change

This fits (mostly) with the call changes they applied for a few weeks ago - the WCBA-FM calls go to 97.7, the WGMM calls to 98.7, and 1450 drops the WCLI calls and becomes WENI.

Anyone know if the Route 81 stations have now left the Davis Road studios/AM transmitter site and moved into the nice Market Street storefront that was under construction last month?

I guess I know which route I'm taking home when I drive back up from NYC on Monday (though I think I'll avoid the 17 construction mess through Horseheads!)<P ID="signature">______________

Does anyone know if "Jazz and More" with Bill Groome is still on the Route 81 AC stations? I didn't hear it on the air on 7/3, and was out of the area on 7/10 so I'm really curious as to the fate of the show. If it is gone for good, it's a pitty. It is one of the best specialty shows on the air in the twin tiers.
