Over the weekend, Radio One announced that Elroy Smith will be in charge of their Philadelphia Properties and will be helping Colby Colb at WPHI, replacing Daisy Davis.
 
Will Chicago's "loss" be Philly's gain? In all honesty, it's kind of hard to fail at a station like WGCI in a market like Chicago. Philly is a true test for a "superstar" programmer. If he can pull this off, he's the truth.

He be The Truth, If can Slap some knowledge into Mom and Son ( Awful Radio One Owners ) .
 
He is...and with Barry Mayo on his side (he is the on the RO staff), there will be some respectability within the city of brotherly love.
