Every year I tell them I want to cancel, and I get another year for about half off (although the junk fees keep rising).HippieGuy said:amlover said:I had XM for about 10 yrs. but they did not want to cut me a deal when money got tight so I cancelled.
I, too, have been with them for about 10 years....every time I am up for renewal, I threaten to cancel due to 'cost'. They always work with me....I am paying less than $5 a month currently, which is about the start-up cost from the beginning..in fact, may be cheaper...I just renewed for $48 for the 12months
perhaps, it is who you talk to..I believe those CS reps work on 'commission', or get paid on amount of 'sign-ups'.
