When did XM start broadcasting emergency broadcast system tests? Heard one today on watercolors. Also are we going to hear every alert across the country?

its mandated by the fcc. its done once a week. and no its only national emergencies..ie..terrorist attacks or nuclear disasters. you will not hear about a tornado warning in fluker La.
