EMF will purchase 104.3 WNLT Delhi Hills/Cincinnati OH, 102.3 WKLN Wilmington OH and 95.3 WVRB Wilmore/Lexington KY from Vernon R. Baldwin Inc. for $7,107,000. WNLT and WVRB have been affiliated with EMF’s “K-Love” Christian AC network since January 1, 2001 and WKLN since June 2003.
