Educational Media Foundation has closed its acquisition of two FM translator facilities serving the Atlanta market from Immanuel Broadcasting Network Inc. for $410,000. Included in the deal were W222AF/Marietta, GA and W223BP/Lithia Springs, GA. EMF, headed by Alan Mason, owns and operates more than 250 stations nationwide, as well as the Air1, K-Love and K-Love Classics networks. Cartersville, GA-based Immanuel Broadcasting operates a network of Contemporary Christian stations in Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama.
