Is it just me or has most Eminem music not aged well? Lose Yourself is about the only hit that seems like it holds up today. I liked him as a teen, but feel like stuff like The Real Slim Shady feels like it belongs to a different "era" completely. I'm surprised of his staying power for some songs.

This is a personal opinion with no determination in how programming is done. As we've stated before, YOU are not the target audience for CHR. Nor are there any CHR's playing Eminem in heavy rotation.
Maybevthe wrong board (he was mainly a CHR artist originally), but hear Hot AC (KZPT) and Adult Hits (local Jack)playing some of his other songs like Without Me, The Real Slim Shady, My Name Is. Their must be research they test well, but seems like the songs sound very "dated." I liked them as a teen, but hearing them now makes me instantly change the station.
Historically, people mostly associate with the music they listened to in middle school and high school. To those who listened to Eminem when he was played as a current, they are now smack dab in the middle of the prime 25-54 sales demo. If people didn't want to hear the songs they like as much as they do, we wouldn't have gold formats or heavy rotations.
Every person has a different opinion of the music they like. The purpose of programmers and researchers are to figure out where a consensus may lie.
