Emmis Buying ABC Radio

Hi,

Did anyone else hear this morning that Emmis Communications is buying out the ABC Radio Stations? Mancow mentioned it on his show, but is it true?

Like I said above... They made an offer, last I heard there was no confirmation and Citadel and Entercom also had made offers.

Actually, part of me wonders if they'd offer Disney as swap.. Their radio stations for Emmis' TV stations.
