Emmis radiostations starts streaming by fall 2007

I read elswhere that the Emmis stations start streaming by fall 2007. What about WQCD, Hot 97 and Kiss? No action on there websites yet. Or are there some 'secret' streams yet? I thought they gonna use streamaudio.com as streamprovider.
