Emmis sells Terre Haute stations to Midwest, DLC Media

Per Radio Ink: http://radioink.com/2016/10/12/emmis-sells-three-terre-haute-stations/

Emmis sells WTHI-FM 99.9 to Midwest Communications.
Midwest also purchases the 105.5 The River format (but not the signal). The format will undoubtedly land on 102.7, which is currently running a competing country format.

DLC Media will purchase WFNF 1130, WFNB 92.7 and WWVR 105.5 from Emmis.
DLC Media will also purchase WDKE 95.9 from Midwest. Duke-FM is a Midwest-developed format, but I would guess that 95.9 will stay with some form of country.
DLC Media already owns WAXI 104.9

Looks like this sale will be completed on Monday at 12am.

Per a Facebook posting from DLC Media president Dave Crooks, the formats for his new stations are the following:

WFNF 1130: Will continue as The Fan, ESPN Radio
WDKE 95.9: Will continue as classic country, but now branded "95.9 The Legend" and new calls WVIG
WRVR 105.5: New format: Jack-FM, new calls WZJK
WFNB 92.7: New format: Will stunt by simulcasting True Oldies WAXI, but the planned format once a studio is built is soft AC.

Indiana RadioWatch also reports that DLC Media will not retain WFNB's jocks Kyle West and Jamie Dawson, and WTHI-FM's mid-day jock Jules also exits.

Surprisingly, "The River" classic rock format has moved to 98.5 instead of 102.7.
