So 106.7 WUIN has been swapped to a religious outfit for an AM daytimer and 150K in cash?

What's the deal?
 
Sea-Comm Media has purchased WSFM 98.3 from Sunrise Broadcasting for $825,000, so probably what will happen
is the Penguin's format will merge with Surf's to create a unique sound in Wilmington.
