Ending Your Show With A Bang

Nurse Jeff and I were driving back from the Picacho Peak DQ Sunday night and button pushing between KTR's Luvable One and Terry Gilberg on KFWhyEye (that 1kw N signal is awesome). Terry's interview shortly before 9pm won our attention as we were hung on her Ancient Modulation program right up to the climax. After saying her good-byes, KFWhyEye plugged the final 60 seconds before FOX News with a Trojan ad. It sure brought us to our attention with claims of not feeling like you had anything on and the sure fire tag line: you can't wait to get it on. Hmmmm...strange buy for a late Sunday evening talk show on the Valley's most conservative station. But hey, this is cash hungry Clear Channel and just like Trojan, they can't wait to get it on either!

Bring on the "Love Rub" gel spots! Just in time for Valentine's Day ... and night!

KFYI "the Valley's most conservative station?" Sure, they do lean right, but I've always thought KKNT was more conservative than KFYI. Unless they can't receive 960 in Buckeye!

No prob for the hometown of the Media Hut, even at night, as Buckeye
is in KKNT's main lobe. Heck, you can hear 960 in Rocky Point at night.
OTOH, much of the SE Valley is "null city" during the DA-N.
