Energy 92.7

I know everybody complains about 92.7 signal. Is their any way to upgrade their signal to Class B status, and move to 92.5 FM? What stations that needs relocation for KNGY to upgrade their signal?

Well, if it was just 92.9 out of Santa Rosa I'm sure something could have been done. It's not that hard to move a small market station to a different frequency. However, since Sacramento's KGBY is also involved that pretty much makes it a permanent problem.

Can we move 92.9 in Santa Rosa to 103.3 frequency, and move 92.5 KGBY to 92.9 and move 92.3 KSJO to 92.9. Will this work to accomindate(sp.) the move for 92.7 to 92.5?

Doesn't 92.9 have a translator on 103.3? Or is it 103.1.

Secondly, you're asking two stations (both CC) out of market to change frequencies, which will cause even more co-channel problems.

Sorry, just drop it dude.

There's no chance in hell of KNGY ever getting there. You have to bill 3 or 4 bucks to keep a station going, even more to grow it.

I swear. Some people really think stations 60-70 mi away can/will change frequency. Especially for this trash.

even if - IF - any of that could happen, can you imagine how many YEARS it would take to do it?

it will never happen.
