Energy 927 SF (New Imaging)Opinions

It seems the new PD has some NEW Imaging for the station. Its actually pretty decent, but they seem to have dropped Harry Leg altogether. What does everyone think about the new sound of Energy? If you havent listened in the past week, they have really revamped the playlist, It still plays alot of Gold during the morning show, but their is a difference in the nights now. I think they sound a little less Curcuit sounding now,,,, and you have to admit that Fernando, and Greg are pretty dang funny in the mornings. Its too bad the signal is so weak on this station, 3,000 watts, at 300 feet just isnt enough, in a large and VERY HILLY city like San Francisco-Bay Area.

Sounds like something worth checking out already! I'll try to tune in tonight, and give you my analysis.

BTW Clubber, quite a few Dance stations have upgraded their webcast stream in case you wanna check it out. Oh, and it also seems like some stations have a bigger coverage area (like X-FM Holland, and Hit FM Belgium).

Dance is definitely not dead :)

I had gotten accustomed to the previous imaging, but the new one is not bad either. It's decent.

And they added a bunch of new tracks during the last week or so.

Madonna - Jump
Stunt - Raindrops
Kelly Clarkson - Walk Away
Chris Brown - Run It
Gwen Stefani - Crash
Paul Oakenfold featuring Brittany Murphy - Faster Kill Pussycat
Goldfrapp - Ooh La La<P ID="signature">______________

I also noticing them playing extended versions of currents and recurrents, as well as using tracks like Royskopp's "Poor Leno" as online filler when they are airing commercials OTA. I say its an improvement.

I the VO gal sounds sexy. BTW who is the mystery voice anyway?
