They raised antenna height by nearly 300 feet, while moving closer to the city. Height increase equals power decrease. Now they are asking for a near doubling of the power at the same height, which will improve the coverage by a bit over 20%.

Yeah. KRVL 94.3 in Kerrville was a stumbling block for this upgrade but they are under a CP to downgrade closer to town with a directional away from KTFM. That move will make this one possible.

I just saw that KTFM has been upgraded as of November 6th.
