Problem is, WMA's are, at least in my experience, inherently low-quality. I've never encountered a single WMA stream that didn't drop out on a regular basis, drop quality on a regular basis, or just plain sounded crappy no matter what bitrate it was streaming at. MP3 streams, on the other hand, have always simply rebuffered (quickly, I should add) and moved on.
