Energy + Kid & Ruben = Ratings??

Just a thought, if Energy could afford to get Kid and Ruben do you think there would be a spike to the ratings despite being on a weak phoenix signal? It is highly doubtful they could afford the services of Kid and Ruben but it would be interesting to see if they could bring more ratings to the station.
