Anyway, they're getting whacked by a nasty ice storm in the Albany area today, so it may well be that the power or the phones are out in beautiful Valatie, NY. (Pronounced "vuh-LAY-shuh," for some odd reason...)
 
Anyone remember loading the local BBS on a commodore 64 and then waiting to download a program? One hour on one small program one time...

I wonder if only the hard cores are still using this thing...

I have tried on both my cable modema nd DSL still the same. And it asn't improved. Maybe the old unfashionable look is better?
