Energy & Sirius Radio

disclaimer. The post you are about to read is my own opinion. The expressed opinions are my own and are not indicative of me being 1. A Mike0 ass kisser 2. A Friend of Mike0. 3. A guy that owes Mike0 money 4. A former employee trying to suck up to get an airshift on Energy 98.1.

Mike Oaks for PD of Sirius 66. It's a good station now, but lacking and Energy is fuller and deeper than 66 at this juncture (big word, eh). Think of the benefits. Working in the Rockafeller Centre...living in NYC...1700 dollar rents for a 1 bedroom apartment & when after Justin reads one of my posts and gets pissed at me, he can take his bad mood on the street and no one will notice :?) (its a joke justin).

And you can have lunch with Renee Stakey.

PS. Is the liner dood on Sirius the same guy that did 103X's stuff? It sounds very very similar.

Are you underneath his keyboard or something?

That would be awesome to have (Energy 98), or (CFM Dance hits) on Sirius. Both of those stations absolutely Smokes THE BEAT. I mean the beat is a good station, for average listeners, but we need another dance hits channel, that goes a bit deeper, and bit edgier. Better yet, can you imagine MIKEO, and Russ from 1club.fm co-programing a station together. Im not being a Butt Kisser either, but they simply are the best 2 DANCE HITS net stations, in the U.S. BARNONE.

No. I'm on the 3rd Floor of an office tower right now, location: Toronto Canada (business district).

But..I would not want to be under his/a keyboard. Have you ever looked at a keyboard closely? full of skin, hair, food, coffee, and other gross stuff. And people hardly ever clean their desk....so chances are under the actual keyboard it's dirty and gross. Just thinking about it makes me want to shower dood.

Hey Thanks! However, I must give credit to Kenny Jammin' Jason out of Chicago for the programming of the Dance Hits Channel on CFM. He knows his stuff and does an excellent job! We are about to get a whole new line of cutting-edge imaging for that station so it should be a pleasure to listen to!<P ID="signature">______________

Can u see "tent city" from your window ??
(Sorry but the problem won't just 'go away' )...
like watered down pop music..

They bulldozed that place a few years back...as the land was owned by Home Depot (I think).

Alot of homeless here, I see them sleeping on the sidewalk when I walk into work from the train station. they sleep on the street, and their latest scheme to make money is to hold open a door in the subway or to walk in traffic to your car window.

On the hot humid days when its 40C, I give the guy outfront of the building bottles of water. If you've ever been to Toronto in the summer, it breaks all the stereotypes of Canada. It's hot, sticky and very very humid.

i am in niagara falls..and i am glad u give water...
instead of money.
that is awesome, and it satisfies the needs--money,
ironically, only adds to the problem cause of the
many temptations...

sorrie for the sidebar, but it's an important topic.

Yeah, so you understand it's actually hot and humid up here. There are far to many Americans that feel that Canada is a place of ice and snow all winter. It can easily be over 100F with the humidity factored in. Most of the past month it's been about 40C (104F).

Toronto's downtown (as you probably know) is very alive, much like Manhattan, but has it's good share of homelessness. They have cooling centres, but let's be realistic, these doods don't have Blackberrys to email each other.

Water is free...and besides, it's revolting to see them picking in garbage to find half empty cans of Coke.

I have been a mixshow DJ on Sirius for almost 3 years now and feel that the programming is exactly the target they are aiming for and can honestly say I do not agree with your recommendation. In regards to the liner dood it is Eric Edwards who used to do WQHT Hot 103/97 back in the day he also did party 93 down in Florida.
