Okay, He's done it again! I've got a group of about 15 together and we're all going to the GM this monring to vent. And demand he do something...
 
If he is truly that bad...then by all means, do something about it.
 
And IF your engineer really is that bad, why spend so much time and effort discussing it here...no one here can do anything about it. It's an internal matter, it should remain that way and be remedied internally.
