Engineers tweaking CBS-FM audio tonight?

It sounds different. Started around 8p

Maybe they are running off the aux tonight? There's a lot of work going on up on Empire preparing for the DTV flip.

Hello. I am the Designated Jock from last night around 8 p.m. ;)

I can tell you with certainty that our crack engineer, the Mighty and Maginificent Mike, was (smartly!) nowhere to be found on Thanksgiving Night.

"Tweaking" there is a matter of logging in, via their private company network, to Empire, and spending hours messing with about 180 parameters... or, as I like to call it, "overdoing it". Nope. Nobody was around to do that (I did, however, shut the light in the engineeing room as I walked by, being the ecologically-conscious dude that I am!).

(OT: he put a temporary "dummy chain" into our monitor... you need to do this, with the HD delays... and WOW does it sound GOOD in yer cans!! I believe I may have wet myself, six or seven times. Maybe it was my own sterling breaks that did it... nah... :p)
