Engineers union files charges against Journal Broadcast Group

Bad-Faith Bargaining? Well, they are mad as hell and are not going to take it any longer.

http://www.bizjournals.com/milwaukee/stories/2008/05/26/story12.html

"Local 715, also known as the Wisconsin Broadcasting Engineers union, represents 44 broadcast engineers at WTMJ-TV, WTMJ-DT, WTMJ-AM and WKTI-FM.

Among the union's contentions is that Journal Broadcast Group posted notices for engineering jobs even though the company has warned during negotiations for a new contract of plans to reduce the number of broadcast engineers at the stations to 25 by 2010, said Christopher Albrecht, the union's president, business manager and financial secretary."
