Enjoy Jack FM, Las Vegas

It's one great radio station, folks... I've been hearing Jack FM out here in Los Angeles (and even Jack FM in San Diego), and this station is awesome.

For those of you who remembers the old KLUC back in the 70s and 80s, this is somewhat what Jack 100.5 plays.

And there are some music on this station that hasn't been played in years, so give it a listen.

I'm glad Vegas has Jack FM, because quite honestly, there hasn't been a good radio station to listen to out there in recent years since KISS FM bit the dust.

Jack played a song today that I have not heard once since the summer of 1980 on KLUC...Rocky Burnette "Tired of Toein the Line". What a great song and what a major "Oh Wow" for me. The amazing thing is that even if I haven't heard that song in a quarter of a century, I knew what it was from the second I heard the intro.

That's my favorite genre of music Jack plays, the music that came out right before the video era started. It's very fresh, not played out at all. Another good one I heard was Nick Lowe "Cruel to be Kind". Jack seems very well targeted toward us oldest Gen-Xers and youngest boomers.

So far to those who have not herd the station Jack 100.5, I have listend to it all day today. To my opinion I think that it was a good change. its not a bad station. I always wish for a station with less metel and crap. so far I like it. The office building at work has change to this staion and as the CES I have herd nothing but great comments. To Las Vegas, CHANGE IS IN EFFECT FOR THE WHOLE TOWN! Belive it or not were getting a face lift.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAS VEGAS!!!!!!
