Enough with the negativity towards JVC and Atlantic Broadcasting!!!

What I Heard, we all know that you don't like the Wild 102.7 format. There is no need to bash them every week here.
Seems like dance music always gets people polarized, something no other format does on this board. People always want to find a way to bash dance music and the stations. I'm sure John and Vic are reading this board. We don't want to lose Wild 102.7 like we lost Party 87.7.
Bashing your former employer in public will come back to haunt you when you're looking for a new job. You may be anonymous now, but you can't hide forever.
That childish post about JVC Broadcasting whose only purpose was to taunt the readers of this board with "made you look" was completely uncalled for.

It don't think it matters what format of music you play, the radio business is about revenue , and to a lesser degree ratings. I don't think much national business comes in to Atlantic City. If you have a sales team that can sell local commercials that get results, in an oversaturated radio market, in a secondary sized town, outside of two major market cities, your radio station has hit a home run. Period! Do good jocks , a winning format and large staffs help the team better accomplish this mission ? Maybe. But I have seen mom and pop radio stations with voice tracking and syndicated programming, with a small staff of announcers (3), a copy writer, and a five person sales staff, that plays Hungarian Folk Music, in places like Chippewa Falls. Wisconsin, that bill upwards of 3 million dollars per year. Oh and by the way, mom is the receptionist/office manager, and dad is the station manager/engineer. So, as I sit hear enjoying my coffee, on my mini vacation at my sisters home, in a place called Stone Harbor, NJ., does anyone reading this know what the following radio stations bill per year ? And this list of stations is by no means an account of all the radio stations in the region. I am just going off the top of my head. And I know in other markets, an accounting firm called Miller Kaplan will gather this information, and as this information is may not be availble, your responses may be conjecture. Forget about Ocean City/Salisbury-MD-Rehobeth Beach, DE, even as they produce local grade signals. Here is my AC/CM list, and even if the $$ billing information is not available, if I could just get the rankings in revenue, it would be helpful. Here goes. New Jersey 101.5, WFPG, WPUR, WAYV, Kiss, WMGM, WTKU?, WOND, WMID, WCMC,WIBG,WILD, WZXL and WOSO. Do good, be well and happy !
