Entercom asks FCC to eliminate airing contest rules

Yes thats the same Entercom group where one of the Sacramento stations in 2006-2008 had legal issues with a dead contestants family.

Obviously announcing the contest rules did not save her, so her death is actually supporting evidence that reciting contest rules does no good.
 
Hopefully, most folks these days know where any level of hardcore RISK will take them if they DON'T succeed. They may have to seriously dig in the deepest recesses of a radio station's web site to find the EXACT rules.......

I have my doubts.

But anyway, I'm still morbidly curious at what happens when radio contests are FREE from any uv dem guberment ree-gu-lay-shuns.

So go ahead.....This is interesting.......
