So does he get fired? Suspended? What about Lucy Burdge?

Years ago this sort of thing happened all the time. in 2019, no so much. Is she technically a subordinate?

BG: Chris Curtis's wife posted on Instagram informing Lucy that Chris is all hers and she's leaving him because of an ongoing affair Chris and Lucy caught having.
It's the talk of Twitter.

Do they have a policy that prohibits it?

He's obviously an idiot, but clearly there's no rule against that at Entercom.

Clearly? How so? because he chose to do it? A big corp like that has to have some sort of policy.

Not likely unless he's in management.

That is the question. He seems to be a tweener. He's on the air but they often mention that he runs the schedule. If he is somehow her boss then he's got more problems than losing his wife. Or not.

Turtle emojis? Interesting.
Normally the personal and sex lives of consenting adults is not something I’d be concerned with. However, given the history of the station, the topics discussed, and #MeToo culture, it seems entirely relevant. Let me start by saying that I have nothing against Chris Curtis, and he was always fair with me. He seems like a decent person, and he’s one of the last people I’d want to write a blog about. But the fact of the matter is that this story is the talk of Twitter land right now, so it’s hard to ignore.

Curtis produced the highly successful Kirk and Callahan show, and had to deal with millionaire activist Bob Murchison constantly going after the show’s advertisers until Entercom relented and cut ties with both Kirk Minihane and Gerry Callahan. He understandably could not pull a Pam Beasley and walk with them out the door, because people need their jobs. He could not publicly support them, although I’m sure he wanted to.

Here is the Article that is sparking interest in Entercom's handling of the issue.

I am an old man at this point, but way back when I was told " you don't crap where you eat" , and took that advice to heart.

Never get involved in any way with co-workers.... at this point even being friends with them on FB is dangerous.

I guess they don't teach that in Journalism 101, but they used to teach was report the news, don't be the news... and that went out the window long ago it seems

Cable news/talk and some YouTube pundits outlets threw journalism ethics out the window a long time ago. But back to this thread Entercom has been dealing with multiple issues for unrelated reasons. From the Seth Dunlap issue in Louisiana to the handling to New York cluster dealing with issues that escalated a Toxic environment from CBS Radio handling prior to entercom taking over the former CBS radio outlets. Now the question here is how does Entercom enforce or make reforms over the reduction of a Toxic work environment company wide at play here.

A sizable number of individuals in my and my wife's social circles met their spouse or SO at work.

Its pretty much unavoidable these days, IMO, given people are spending more time at work than they do at home when you factor out sleeping.

These days I'd be more concerned about being accused of violating some sexual harassment policy if things do not "go well".

Unless you're in a superior/subordinate relationship, a blanket policy prohibiting it might not hold up. For example, it would be hard to enforce such a policy in an extremely large company where two people never interact. Years ago I worked at a valve manufacturing company in Wrentham and it was common for guys on the shop floor to date ladies in the business offices.

In my workplace (higher ed) I do not dare, even have to be careful looking around because there can be a lot of eye candy, especially in the summer months. Not to mention my wife's half Sicilian and I probably wouldn't live long :)
