Jim Fox isn't an on-air PD. Neither is Curtiss Johnson. Would either one of these programmers consider putting the headphones back on?

doubt that
but 98 rock is doing so well making any on air changes right now would be dumb

Once CBS started to cutback and fire people the SHEEPLE in this industry followed right along. CUMULUS, ENTERCOM, CITADEL...
