Entercom Severs All Ties With Triton Digital

They had been using "Stream The World" with the stations bought from Lincoln Financial Media and The Sound in Los Angeles (bought in a swap with Bonneville), but now, those streams are inactive, and it's Abacast all the way!!!. Triton will now most definitely lose all the CBS Radio once Entercom takes poession.
 
My question is why Entercom needs Triton given all of the digital assets of CBS Interactive and Radio.com. In my view, Triton duplicates what they already own.
