Entercom taking over San Francisco Stations On March 1?

I read that Bonneville is taking over the Seattle stations on March 1 via an LMA, Does this mean that March 1 will be the takeover of KMAX-95.7, KOIT-96.5 and KDFC-1260 by Entercom? And if this happens on March 1, What will the future of 1260 be if Bonneville doesn't find a buyer by then? Maybe Brokered programming? Or Mormon programming?
