(NYSE: ETM) announced today the commencement of a time brokerage agreement with CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS.A and CBS) for radio stations in Memphis, Austin and Cincinnati as part of its acquisition agreement announced on August 21, 2006.
In addition, effective today, Entercom announces a station exchange with Cumulus Media Partners (operated by Cumulus Media, Inc. NASDAQ: CMLS) in the Cincinnati market. Entercom will be swapping Oldies 103.5 WGRR-FM for Cumulus’ Country 96.5 WYGY-FM.
With the addition of Cincinnati (market revenue rank #23) and Austin (market revenue rank #37), Entercom now operates in 23 markets across the country.
