Entertainment Tonight transitions to HD

ET announced on tonight's edition that they would commence HD broadcasts on Sept. 8. The competitors can't be far behind, and neither can Oprah.

Right?

They've been touting this for a couple weeks now. ET is moving out of Stage 28 at the Paramount lot and into their new home at the CBS Studio Center in Studio City.

I'm thinking Access Hollywood (ET's major competitor) won't go HD anytime soon, maybe because the sight of Billy Bush in high-def would frighten people...oh wait, he's always been frightening!
