Buyer is Family Life Educational Foundation headed by A.T. Moore. Purchase price is $30k and Uncle Charlie approved it today per the Daily Digest.

Moore is no stranger to Shreveport radio. IIRC, he was at the helm of the cluster that was purchased by Access.1 Communications. He also had his hands in KCUL-AM/FM in Marshall prior to its sale to Access.1. It will be interesting to see what FLEF does with it.
