Eric Marc's future in radio

Does anyone know what Eric Marc's next career move will be?

I didn't listen to Ben & Skin and missed his appearance on the Pugs and Kelly Show before it disappeared.

Even though was more educated than your average "radio producer" he was an interesting person and hope he stays in radio.

No Eric, we have no idea what your future in radio is. Maybe you should tell us. ::) Like we care.

Wow, can't believe that is not more interest in Eric's Career Move! I mean come on, a board-op looking for a job, what a great story. We should look for "Taylor on Radio" to do a 6 part series on it... Good Lord! More educated than your average producer? Yeah right! Dumbest thread in Radio Info History. Seriously. :D

Exactly.
I've said it before, a good producer (or a good board op) is a great complimentary side dish, but people are tuning in for the entree. I mean, be thruthful, would you listen to a show you have no interest in just because they have a good producer?

And more educated? What, does he have a PhD? And how do you know the education level of producers across the metroplex, or throughout radio in general? Care to share what makes him "more educated than average"?

Seems to me he was banking on P&K as a side dish to his web site. He burned his bridge at CBS, if that even matters. P&K are gone. I say so is his career in radio, and don't think he really cares, as not too many people here do either.

Educated?

Many years of college from what I hear, if that qualifies one for highly educated. I'm sure there are many opinions on that....

Discuss amongst yourselves ;D ;D ;D

Hey, wonder what Steve the former part-time promotion guy at KSCS is going to do next? Let's start a topic on that, He is as important as Eric.

Eric probably doesn't have a future in radio anymore, unless of course the big bucks come in, but seeing as how radio is going down the drain. Eric probably had his last stint on radio with Ben and Skin.

Anyday now some station will knock on his door and offer him the big Bucks to............Run The Board.

Heard he's now at the ranch doing promotions and answering the phones at the front desk when the receptionist is on lunch.

We all know this is a good segue to a radio producer career!

That's too bad. It seems like a lot of the radio personalities I grew to appreciate are gone.

Is the adult-themed talk format just dying?

Apparently he's none too popular [Eric] but I appreciate the feedback. His website is... it's just odd.

While we're bashing people, anyone hear what P&K plans to do next? I mean besides sue everyone in radio, get plastic surgery, act like assholes, move to follow the Ron & Don Show, be uninteresting, talk about their kids and pregnancies, talk about sex, talk about Florididiots, mess up songs they try to play in between talking, talk to Amil? I know most of the responses will be as such so I thought I'd go ahead and get them out of the way so someone can seriously answer my question.

Adult themed talk radio is alive and well over at KERA, but that isn't what we're talking about here. The whole KLLI/Eric Marc genre never advanced beyond junior high.

Opinion

No S%$@ Sherlock. :D

Was that really called for?

Yes, because we all know this is an opinion board, and you just posted a response calling a previous poster's comment an opinion. Duh, we know that's what it was. ::) Guess you also missed the sarcasim. ;)
