"She" is an AI creation of Summit Technology Group out of Keego Harbor, MI, and heard on WBFH 88.1, a high school radio station out of Bloomfield Hills, MI. The software used is ATMOS Weather Reporting. Erica sounds about as natural as Alexa or your car GPS Voice. Summit is an underwriter of the WBFH "The Biff", and I guess they're starting Erica at the High School level. Will she graduate onto college, then Commercial radio? We shall see.
