Ernie Kovacs in Color on Netflix

I recently switched back to getting Netflix online, and I discovered the DVD set The Ernie Kovacs Collection. It has 21 shows from the early 50's up to the complete set of his monthly specials on ABC, including the final one that was broadcast after his death. It also includes a color kinescope of the "Silent Show" from 1957 that included his Tilted Table routine. (My favorite) I had found a clip on You Tube that apparently came from NBC's 50th anniversary special in 1976 (Narrated by Johnny Carson) before at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lEBg6ansaJA but this is the first time I had seen the entire show, except for the ads being cut. This is definitely something for Kovacs fans to look for if they have Netflix online.

Ah, but now that you've also seen it...

At the risk of being identified as an uncultured pig, I completely don't get the first gag (other than "pretty girl is on bed, bed breaks, people laugh.") Does anyone else get it?

I just watched the color episode again last night and I think that this was one of Kovacs' bits where something in a picture would either move or change in some way. Along with that it may have been where the bed wasn't supposed to fall so it turned into a blooper and the girl cracks up because of it. That's my guess anyway.  :D
