Well E-skip just wrapped up from the Nova Scotia Global Tuners node, most skip was VERY long. All times are Eastern.
8:06PM - 107.3 WCGQ Columbus, GA; very strong signal with "Can't Hold Us" Macklemore, ID "107.3 The Q" into "Whistle" Flo Rida. Long skip! 100kw at 1408 miles.
8:11PM - 95.1 WMGB Montezuma, GA; good signal with mention of "allthehitsb951.com". 46kw at 1374 miles.
8:18PM - 106.3 WYRD Simpsonville, SC; ID "Newsradio WORD". 25kw at 1185 miles.
8:19PM - 106.1 WSTH Alexander City, AL; weak signal with "Cowboy Casanova" by Carrie Underwood, and ID "South 106.1" by male announcer. 86kw at 1427 miles, again, long skip.
8:38PM - 89.3 WLFJ-FM Greenville, SC; stream match to "His Radio" website. 41kw at 1186 miles.
8:47PM - 99.1 UNID with Delilah, probably WSLQ Roanoke, VA as TN stations were heard later on, but could also be WAHR Huntsville, AL, 1378 miles away.
8:59PM - 90.9 WWOG Cookeville, TN; TOH ID mentioning sister station WZWP 89.5 in Ohio. "King of Kings Radio". 40kw at 1271 miles.
9:04PM - 93.3 WSYE Houston, MS; TOH ID "WSYE Houston-Tupelo" after Hero by Enrique Iglasies (sp?) 100kw at a whopping 1522 miles!! VERY strong signal for that distance as well, 1500 mile skip is very hard to get in any Es opening!
9:11PM - 107.3 WQLT Florence, AL; ID "Q107" after The Eagles' "Hotel California". 100kw at 1425 miles.
After this, it took a huge dive down to 89.5 and 91.3 and later faded out. But still some great strong skip.
Here in WA, I had...
UNID 89.9's, one was NPR and another had CHR music ("ET" by Katy Perry) and was NOT KASB in Bellevue. So probably a college or another HS station.
Also an UNID 88.9 with All Things Considered. These stations are unknown and will NOT be IDed.
