The other 980 *might* have been WONE out of Dayton, Ohio. They're also all sports, but not ESPN. Escanaba is more or less in their northern nighttime lobe (not directly but somewhat within), but that's a lot of distance for that signal to traverse.
A bit surprised at nothing on 670 or 800, but sometimes WSCR doesn't get out all that well via skywave. And now looking at the map, on second glance I am not surprised that CKLW didn't show up. Originally, I thought Escanaba was much farther east. I am sure you could hear CKLW on the eastern side of the UP at night.
 
CKNX 920 Wingham is probably the Country station, although WOKY 920 Milwaukee, or even WMNI 920 Columbus were both Country in the recent past, but have changed to Sports and Adult Standards respectively according to Wikipedia.

KDHL 920 Faribault, MN is another good possibility.

In the past, 920 WMMN Fairmont, WV would have been a possibility, but they went from a 5000 watt night DA to the North to Class D with 200 watts omnidirectional night.

WRTO 1200 Chicago is probably the Spanish station.

WHIO 1290 Dayton is probably the other station with some kind of Talk

Nice List. Thanks for posting. A couple of quick thoughts....

580: CFRA is a mild surprise, although they do have a very good signal
670: I'm guessing the reason you're not hearing WSCR is because you've got a local there on 680. See if you can null it.
860: Are you sure you're hearing Spanish and not French? You said you had CFZM on 740. CJBC...all French...is diplexed off the same tower with 50kw non-directional
920: Agree probably either CKNX or KDHL. WOKY should be fairly easy, but they're now all sports. If you hear NPR, talk, or classical, then you've got WBAA (Lafayette, IN).
980: I'd expect WONE here. They're pretty widely heard around the upper Midwest at night. CFPL, London, ON might be another possibility. They're mostly talk.
1130: My guess is that the other station underneath KTCN is WISN, Milwaukee. 10kw nighttime signal aimed pretty much right at you.
1200: If you're hearing Spanish, that's almost certainly WRTO.
